Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan
