Responsibilities: • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, providing updates, market insights, and feedback on their listings to ensure clear communication and strong satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts and guide transactions smoothly through closing. • Maintain consistent communication with sellers, reviewing listing performance, showing activity, and current market trends. • Prepare and deliver professional listing presentations that highlight market expertise and clearly communicate your value. • Respond quickly to new inquiries and incoming leads to build and sustain a strong, active pipeline. • Negotiate effectively with buyer’s agents to secure the best possible terms for sellers. • Follow up on team-generated leads and schedule listing consultations and appointments. • Lead consultative listing appointments to win new business and build long-term client relationships. • Keep sellers informed with ongoing updates on listing status, buyer feedback, and market activity to maintain trust and transparency. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Has a real estate license • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Demonstrates strong analytical ability with a solid understanding of real estate market trends and industry dynamics. • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and taking initiative when needed. • Experienced in managing and safeguarding confidential client information within database systems. • Proficient in using real estate CRM platforms and marketing or lead generation tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology. • Brings at least one year of professional experience in the real estate industry. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
