Responsibilities: • Conduct weekly follow-ups with clients to provide updates, market insights, and feedback on listings, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction. • Collaborate with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts and smoothly guide transactions to closing. • Maintain regular communication with sellers to review listing performance, showing activity, and market trends. • Prepare and deliver compelling listing presentations that highlight market knowledge and professional service. • Respond quickly to new inquiries and inbound leads to build and maintain a strong pipeline. • Negotiate effectively with buyer’s agents to secure the best possible terms for sellers. • Follow up on team-generated leads and schedule listing consultations and appointments. • Conduct consultative listing appointments to win new business and build lasting client relationships. • Provide clear and consistent updates to sellers on listing status, buyer feedback, and overall market activity to build trust and confidence. Qualifications: • Strong ability to analyze market data with a solid understanding of real estate trends and industry dynamics. • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative. • Experienced in handling and protecting confidential client information within databases. • Proficient in real estate CRM systems and marketing/lead generation tools, or able to quickly learn new technology. • At least one year of professional experience in the real estate industry. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
