Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Negotiate with buyer’s agents to secure the best terms and outcomes for your sellers • Follow up with leads provided by our sales team and schedule listing appointments • Conduct professional listing presentations to win business and build client trust • Keep sellers informed with weekly updates on their listing status and activity Qualifications: • One year of work experience in real estate • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
