    We’re hiring a Licensed Real Estate Listing Agent to work with pre-qualified home sellers and guide them confidently through the listing and selling process. Our growing real estate team has a strong listing opportunity flow and proven systems in place — we’re looking for a motivated, coachable agent who wants consistency, structure, and support while building a predictable listing-based business. This role is ideal for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys seller consultations, values strong follow-up, and wants to grow within a team environment rather than doing everything alone. Responsibilities: • Meet with pre-qualified home sellers and guide them from listing appointment to closing • Present pricing strategies, marketing plans, and next steps with confidence • Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and proven listing systems • Deliver an exceptional client experience that drives repeat and referral business • Host open houses and convert attendees into clients ( you keep the leads ) • Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline organized to maximize listing appointments Qualifications: • Active NC and/or SC Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales • Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills • Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using real estate CRM systems • Coachable, driven, and team-oriented Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ Annually
