Qualifications: • Experience in real estate sales with a valid Virginia real estate license. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the listing process. • Proven track record of conducting comprehensive market analyses to provide competitive pricing strategies. • Skilled in preparing and presenting compelling listing presentations that highlight property value. • Ability to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the listing process, ensuring timely and efficient transactions. • Experience in leveraging systems and tools to maximize property exposure and attract qualified buyers. • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams to develop and implement promotional strategies for properties. Compensation: $100,000 + Annually
