Responsibilities: • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $124,000 at plan earnings
