Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Possesses a real estate license • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $155,000 at plan commissions
