Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery • Follow the plan Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • A real estate license required • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $150,000 at plan
