Responsibilities: • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Schedule and present our proven listing presentation to sellers, and present their homes' key features and our unique selling proposition • Provide and present accurate property price estimates and evaluations • Respond to all provided seller leads promptly and regularly • Manage all seller communication through our CRM • Maintain contact with sellers who have a timeline longer than 3 months • Maintain contact with our digital marketing specialists and transaction coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction and closing • Exhibit the highest standards of honesty and integrity • Actively promote yourself and our team on social media • Attend scheduled training Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $150,000 yearly
