Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • One year of work experience in real estate • Has a real estate license • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $100,000 plus
