Responsibilities: • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
