Responsibilities: • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Possesses a real estate license • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
