    Listing Agent (Luxury-Positioned, Buyer-Capable) Location: Oak Brook / Westchester, IL (serving Chicago and surrounding suburbs) Skyward Realty is a boutique, brand-driven real estate brokerage serving clients across Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. We are intentionally building a luxury-positioned firm grounded in elevated service, professional systems, and consistent execution. Skyward Realty is led by a non-selling owner whose role is focused on branding, marketing, advertising, and business development. This structure allows our agents to operate within a professional, well-supported environment without internal competition for deals. The Opportunity We are seeking motivated, client-focused real estate professionals who are listing-capable and buyer-capable, and who value working within a structured, system-led brokerage. Our agents work with a broad range of clients — from high-velocity homes to aspirational and luxury properties — while delivering the same elevated experience, strategic guidance, and professional presentation at every level. The income figure shown reflects estimated earnings potential at plan based on performance and market conditions, not a guaranteed salary. Estimated earnings potential of $75,000+ at plan, based on production and client volume. This is not a guaranteed salary. Responsibilities: • Represent sellers with pricing strategy, marketing execution, and skilled negotiation • Advise buyers through showings, offer strategy, and transaction management • Build and manage a listing-capable, client-centered book of business • Deliver a professional, concierge-style client experience across all price points • Operate exclusively within Skyward’s centralized CRM and transaction workflows • Collaborate with broker management and operations to ensure smooth closings • Uphold Skyward’s brand standards, communication expectations, and service philosophy Qualifications: • Active real estate license in Illinois (or actively pursuing licensure) • Comfortable working with both sellers and buyers • Capable of securing listings or motivated to grow listing proficiency • Relationship-driven, professional, and service-oriented • Open to working within a centralized CRM and structured brokerage environment • Coachable, collaborative, and growth-minded • Interested in building a sustainable, long-term real estate career • Comfortable operating within defined systems, performance expectations, and accountability standards This role is best suited for agents who value structure, systems, and long-term brand alignment over independence without accountability. Compensation: $75,000+ at plan potential
