Responsibilities: • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $100,000+
