Responsibilities: • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • 4+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry • Currently holds a California Real Estate License Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
