Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • One year of work experience in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Compensation: $140,000 at plan
