Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Your Responsibilities: • Meet with pre-qualified sellers and guide them through the listing process • Deliver exceptional client experiences to build trust, referrals, and repeat business • Follow up with leads using our proven scripts and systems • Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients • Keep CRM, calendar, and pipeline organized for consistent follow-up • Attend weekly training sessions to refine skills and stay market-ready Qualifications: • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success What We’re Looking For: • Active NC and/or SC real estate license • Knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market or the ability to learn quickly • Exceptional communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills • Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable using real estate CRMs • A self-motivated team player who thrives in a high-performance environment Compensation: $150,000+ Annually
