Responsibilities: • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $140,000 at plan
