Responsibilities: • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Has a real estate license • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
