Added Value: • Access to seller leads through team systems • Collaboration with top-producing agents • Structured coaching and mentorship • Proven tools for listing success • Supportive environment focused on growth and performance Responsibilities: • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $140,000 at plan
