Responsibilities: • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents Qualifications: • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Possesses a real estate license • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $150,000 at plan
