Responsibilities: • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes • Keep Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Professional in attitude and appearance • Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend on getting a real estate license • Bilingual Spanish/English • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 plus yearly
