We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Show homes to clients using best practices as defined by Dan Chin Homes • Keep the Buyer Specialist/Lead Agent informed on client communications and developments • Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine the buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Qualifications: • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Present yourself in a professional manner • Hold, actively working to acquire, or intend to get a real estate license • Bilingual in Spanish/English • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • High school diploma Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000+ yearly
