Key Benefits: • Access to a proven leads program • Direct mentorship from top producers • Full marketing and administrative support • Competitive, rewarding commission structure • Training and growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales communication experience Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 at plan
