Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • A consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Assist with drafting offers to purchase documents, amendments, and other required documents to complete a real estate transaction Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to communicate at a high level through phone, email, text, and social media • Must be friendly and have excellent communication skills Compensation: $28,000 - $48,000 yearly
