Responsibilities: • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow-up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $175,000 at plan
