Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Professional in attitude and appearance • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
