Responsibilities: • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Professional in attitude and appearance • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Compensation: $130,000 at plan
