Responsibilities: • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Professional in attitude and appearance • Great communication • Real estate license required Compensation: $150,000 at plan
