Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Convert buyers • Convert showings to sales • Lead follow up • Sales scripts and objection handler mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan
