What You'll Do As a Showing Agent, you'll meet with buyers, schedule and conduct home tours, and provide an outstanding client experience throughout the home search process. You'll work alongside experienced agents, gain exposure to live transactions, and learn proven systems that will help you grow your knowledge, confidence, and career. This role is designed to help you develop into a successful real estate agent—not just show homes. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one. • Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics. • Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences. • Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience. • Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role. Qualifications: Who You Are • Fully available • Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role. • Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication. • Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida. • Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it. Compensation: $25 hourly
