About the Role As a Showing Agent , you’ll serve as the in-person guide for buyers touring homes across the Orlando area. You’ll partner closely with experienced agents, learn proven systems, and gain real-world exposure to what it takes to succeed in real estate — all while building confidence, skills, and momentum in your career. Qualifications: Who You Are • Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role. • Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication. • Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida. • Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it. Compensation: $25 hourly
