About the Role As a Showing Agent, you’ll be the face of the home-buying experience — guiding clients as they tour properties throughout the Orlando area. You won’t just be observing — you’ll be actively building skills, confidence, and momentum with every showing and client interaction. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one. • Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics. • Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences. • Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience. • Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role. Qualifications: Who You Are • Fully available • Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role. • Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations. • Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication. • Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida. • Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it. Compensation: $25 hourly
