    We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 10 approved buyers working at all times, 20 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Communicate with clients and potential clients • Attend showings • Provide prompt feedback • Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings • The team lead would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification Compensation: $20 hourly + closing bonus
