This Role Is for You If You: • Love working behind the scenes to make others shine • Believe details aren’t just important—they’re everything • Feel oddly satisfied by clean checklists and smart systems • Stay cool when timelines get tight • Get a thrill from being the one who always knows what’s going on Responsibilities: What You'll Handle (With Confidence): • Own the contract-to-close process for multiple real estate transactions • Manage deadlines, documents, and digital paperwork like a pro • Keep agents, clients, lenders, and title reps all on the same page • Track progress using CRMs like Brivity and ensure nothing slips Qualifications: What You'll Bring: • An active Utah real estate license in good standing (required) • Real estate, admin, title, or transaction experience (preferred) • A strong grasp of contracts, timelines, and digital systems • Professional written and verbal communication skills • High personal accountability and a love of process Compensation: $45,000
