We're hiring an in-office transaction coordinator who is professional, highly detail-oriented, accurate, and organized to assist our growing real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, along with various administrative tasks for the team. Responsibilities: • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity • Schedule various inspections and repairs • Help clients and agents stay within required deadlines • Pend and close out listings in MLS • Review commission documents for accuracy • Work as part of the team while completing various admin-related tasks outside of transactions to achieve team goals Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred Compensation: $50,000 yearly plus great benefits
