    Amanda Howard Sotheby's International Realty is the longest running and top nationally ranked team in North Alabama We are looking for the following Candidates: • Future real estate agents who are in classes right now • Agents brand new to the business • Agents who just aren't selling enough to make a living full time • Agents who want to grow their brand with a top ranked team in the state Agents on our team • Sell 2-4 houses a month. Our average agent sells over 6 million in business over 30 units a year - we are the longest tenured and nationally ranked team for a reason. • We do things a lot different than most teams and brokerages. We can help you succeed! • We provide the highest quality leads that actually convert • We provide Actual Training and Mentorship that works • We provide support, systems, coaching, and shadowing opportunities with seasoned agents Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • Choose your own hours License/Certification: • Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: In person Responsibilities: • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Facilitate the sale of residential real estate. • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. • Prepare market analysis to help determine property value • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures • Maintain your Real Estate License • No experience is required; willing to train the right person • Detail-oriented and goal-driven • Excellent customer service skills • Team Player Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Show a track record of real estate success • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must live within 1 hour of headquarters in Downtown Huntsville, AL Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
