Responsibilities: • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes a thorough CMA • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale • Work alongside the Listing Manager to get your properties on the market • Maintain consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed • Effectively oversee negotiations for sellers • Consult with clients to ensure 5-star service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close Qualifications: • Current Texas Real Estate License • Must be local to the San Antonio area • Excellent understanding of the market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • 1+ year of prior experience with listing properties • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Team player who believes their success is the organization’s success • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
