Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals through Live Lead Transfers, generating new business with requotes, winbacks and cross-selling existing customers

Manage your Sales pipeline and follow up

Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs

Serve by advising on converges that prepare for life’s uncertainties

Represent and hold an ethical standard and positive mindset

Job Qualifications

Strong passion to help people and interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred

Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)

Confident, self motivated individual who works well independently

Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up with consistency

Coachable with the ability to operate with integrity at all times
