Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license (required)

Life & Health license (preferred)

Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing

Strong follow-up systems and pipeline discipline

Coachable, competitive, and growth-oriented

Professional communication and client-first mindset

Responsibilities

Prospect, quote, and close new home, auto, and life business

Drive cross-sell and bundling opportunities

Maintain consistent outbound activity

Conduct consultative coverage reviews

Contribute to retention and long-term client relationships
