    What you’ll do

    Grow the business by engaging new prospects and cross‑selling current customers.

    Qualify leads from multiple sources and manages a clean, active pipeline.

    Recommend Allstate protection options that fit needs and budgets.

    Educate households on how to safeguard their families, income, and assets.

    Create positive, professional experiences in every interaction—phone, video, and in person.

    What you bring

    Strong interest in a sales career (sales experience helpful, not required).

    Motivation, confidence, and follow‑through—you like setting goals and hitting them.

    Clear, professional communication (spoken and written).

    Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses upon hire (current licenses are a plus!).

    What success looks like by Month 3

    You’re licensed and confidently explaining coverage options.

    Your pipeline is active, with consistent outreach and follow‑ups.

    You’re meeting activity goals and on track to hit early sales targets.
