What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their needs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing customers

Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized coverage

Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up

Review policies and identify additional coverage opportunities

Cross-sell and bundle insurance products

Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and account servicing

Maintain accurate customer records

Contribute to agency growth through outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty License preferred

Insurance sales or customer service experience is a plus

Sales, banking, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is highly valued

Remote experience preferred
