What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their unique needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve customer protection.
Cross-sell and bundle policies to provide comprehensive coverage.
Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and ongoing account service.
Educate clients so they understand their coverage and feel confident in their insurance decisions.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Contribute to agency growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
Previous insurance sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Experience in sales, banking, retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused profession is highly valued.
