Our client is seeking Licensed Sales Producers to join their team on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for producers who know how to close and are ready to plug into a high-performing team.

✅ Must-Have Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license — must be verifiable

2–3 years of recent experience in P&C insurance sales

Prior work at agencies like Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, or comparable

Proven track record selling auto, home, renters, and umbrella (personal lines only)

Comfortable working in a quota-driven, high-volume environment

Strong communication, follow-up, and CRM skills

Handle warm leads and qualify prospects

Quote and bind personal lines policies

Educate clients and build trust quickly.

Maintain CRM activity and hit weekly targets.

W2 employment with base pay + commission model

Full-time role (remote), Global okay, preference will be given to those residing in or around FL
