As an Outside Telephone Insurance Sales representative, you will play a crucial role in our team by reaching out to potential clients over the phone to offer them our comprehensive insurance products. This full-time position is based in Avondale Estates, GA.

Job Overview:

As an Outside Telephone Insurance Sales representative, you will be responsible for contacting leads provided by our marketing team and engaging them in conversations about our insurance offerings. Your goal will be to educate clients on our products, address their insurance needs, and ultimately close sales to help them protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential clients over the phone to discuss their insurance needs

Educate clients on our insurance products and services

Provide personalized recommendations to clients based on their individual needs

Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Proven experience in sales or customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be comfortable making outbound calls

Qualifications

Active Georgia Property & Casualty License

Previous Allstate agency experience a plus!

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
