Requirements
Active Property and Casualty License required
Must have at least 1 year prior insurance sales experience with 3-5 years of experience preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently and within a supportive team environment
Responsibilities
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Conduct outbound cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
Self-generate leads through networking and community involvement.
Maintain a highly goal-oriented approach to meet and exceed sales targets.
