Looking for a sales professional for our office of 7 in Fort Myers. Nice and friendly work environment. Work is not fun if the people you work with are not enjoyable to be around. As an Insurance Sales Professional, we are looking for someone to have a primary focus on auto sales. We have a couple of auto companies and about 15 different home companies that we primarily work with. We market heavy, so warm leads will be provided as well as internet generated leads. Training will also be provided.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
Provide a positive customer experience
Job Qualifications
Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
Necessary Property and Casualty license(s) to sell insurance upon hire
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
