Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy options and benefits.

Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on quotes and inquiries.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.

Participate in community events to promote the agency and brand awareness.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Valid insurance license in property and casualty insurance.

Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
