As a Licensed Sales Professional, you’ll play a key role in growing our agency by engaging new prospects, nurturing relationships, and providing trusted guidance to help customers make informed insurance decisions. What You’ll Do
Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers
Identify and qualify sales leads from multiple sources
Offer tailored Allstate products that meet each customer’s needs
Educate clients on how to protect their families, property, and future
Deliver exceptional service and a positive customer experience
Be a trusted advisor in your community
What We’re Looking For
Strong interest in a sales career (sales experience preferred)
No insurance experience required — we’ll train you!
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license(s) (existing license a plus)
Self-motivated and confident — works well independently and on a team
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
Positive attitude and commitment to helping others
