You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Requirements

Licensing: Willing to become licensed or Licensed

Experience: At least 1 year customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Client-Focused: A genuine interest in helping people and providing excellent customer service.

Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a supportive, team-based environment.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and work well with the team.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to stay organized and follow through on tasks while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers

Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources

Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
